My name is Ebbert Gepner II, and I have a lifetime of drumming experience to offer up in service to your music. I have worked as a professional drummer on a diverse array of musical projects since the age of 16. After years of music study at Mesa Comm. College and A.S.U. I went immediately in to the professional music realm in the Phoenix, AZ area. In 2002-2003 I worked with a Country band that worked along side two DJ’s at KNIX opening for Country acts on tour and for Country artists doing their radio tours to promote the new album coming out. This would allow me the opportunity to play artists such as: Tracy Lawrence, Keith Urban, Dierks Bentley, Joe Nichols, Wynonna Judd and Charlie Daniels.

Most importantly, I approach every musical project I am involved in with the utmost professionalism and dedication.

Dance

My first experience accompanying dance performance came in late 1999. A musician friend asked me to help him create the accompaniment for a modern dance performance a grad student was putting on at Arizona State University. That performance was a huge hit at ASU, and it led to many more opportunities playing percussion and piano as an accompanist for dance classes & performances. In the fall of 2001, I began working formally as an accompanist with the dance departments at Arizona State University and Scottsdale Community College. During my time at ASU, I worked with some incredibly gifted dance professors, students and guest performers, including:
